Our company history and mission
HOOVERS INCORPORATED owns and operates ATLANTIC COAST PAINTING and BLACK TIE PAINTING & PROTECTIVE COATINGS. Our headquarters is in Brevard County, Florida. Originally from the Metro Detroit area, our training began in Michigan over 20 years ago.
Our company has traveled throughout the eastern part of the United States, from Michigan to South Florida , for jobs ranging from department store remodels, hotel renovations, ice rink, car dealership, restaurant, and condo association repaints and more.
Four sons and a son-in-law worked throughout high school and beyond, learning the ins and outs of the business. All of them have been trained to provide the same high quality work expected from the entire staff of Hoovers Incorporated.

CAROLE HOOVER-President and Owner. Moving from the Metro Detroit area with her husband in 2003, the company and its mission were established in Florida. Carole is OSHA certified and carries a Brevard County Painting Contractor License. She's the main point of contact for contracts and estimates , and the head of HR.
